Welcome to our new home on the internet.  We are a 40 bed skilled nursing facility.  We have recently added ten assisted living units.  We have been in business in Emporium, PA since 1971.  We provide around the clock skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
